Initial response

Within two business days, we'll confirm receipt and outline the data we'll need from you — typically 12–24 months of interval meter data and your most recent utility bills.

Scoping call

A 30-minute call to discuss your facility's load profile, energy cost drivers, and what you're trying to achieve. No commitment required.

Proposal

A fixed-fee proposal for the Phase One assessment, scoped to your facility type and complexity. Typically delivered within five business days of the scoping call.
